This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we will provide refunds for the purchase of your company prefix and barcodes.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Company Prefix Purchase:

  • Refund requests for company prefixes must be made within 07 days of the purchase date.
  • The company prefix must not have been shared with any of the manufacturer/vendor or used to generate any barcodes. (In case the company prefix is shared with any vendor/supplier/merchant/manufacturer, the refund claim will no longer be valid).

2. Barcode Purchase:

  • Refund requests for barcodes must be made within 03 days of the purchase date.
  • Barcodes must not have been viewed/shared/printed/ or used in any capacity.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@gs1upc.net with your Company Prefix number and reason for the refund request.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
  3. Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only for the original purchaser and payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this refund policy.
  • Refunds will not be provided for any additional services or products purchased alongside the company prefixes or barcodes.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom barcodes created for specific Brands or Products.
  • Consulting services provided by GS1UPC.
  • Any additional products or services beyond the company prefixes and standard barcodes.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
