Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
a. Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been processed and shipped.
b. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately at support@gs1upc.net or call us at 0092 343-5586 476.
c. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Cancellation Timeframe
a. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order to ensure successful cancellation.
b. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or dispatched, and cannot be canceled.

3. Shipping and Delivery
a. Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation request cannot be honored.
b. You may return the item according to our Return and Refund Policy after receiving it.

4. Refund on Cancellation
a. If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
b. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
c. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the cancellation was due to our error.
